Installing takes four taps. Android warns you — that is normal for apps installed outside the Play Store. Tap through.
Your browser downloads nirogiai-patient-arm64.apk. When it asks "Download anyway?" — say yes; that warning appears for every APK, safe ones included.
The first time you do this, Android asks "Allow this source to install unknown apps?" — tap Settings, then Allow from this source. You only do this once per browser.
From your notification shade or the Downloads folder, tap the APK. Android may show a Play Protect screen — tap Install anyway.
The app appears as NirogiAI. The first launch asks you to sign in or create a sponsored-patient account.
NirogiAI is the patient-facing arm of the NirogiAI healthcare coordination platform — designed for Sri Lankans whose care is funded by overseas family members (the sponsor).
Open the app, describe what you're feeling, and an AI-orchestrated triage narrows down the likely picture. A licensed Medical Officer reviews the AI's recommendation and either confirms it or adjusts course. Diagnostic tests, specialist appointments, and medications are paid from the wallet your sponsor funds — you carry no cash, no card, no claims paperwork.
